I bought this smaller sunbeam (about 12 X 16) moist/dry heating pad when my old one finally gave up  ... more

  • Pros: heats up well (but shuts itself off very quickly sometimes)
  • Cons: can't use the cover when using it as it falls off,lousy customer service
  • The Bottom Line: don't bother with this

Just does not get hot enough, even on high. It heats up quickly, then soon (3 min) loses it's heat.  ... more

  • Pros: Besides the fact that it does not stay hot enough, I have no complaints.
  • Cons: Not hot enough. Not really hot at all after the first minute.
  • The Bottom Line: Bad experience

  • Pros: auto-off, washable cover, moist heat, heats up fast
  • Cons: eensy indicator lights, pad's not washable
