  • Pros: Easy to use, versatile, affordable, 5 resistance levels, work upper and lower body
  • Cons: You may feel off balance at first with nothing to hold onto.
  • The Bottom Line: This thing is full of hot air! And it's burning fat off me with it!

  • Pros: Lightweight; great cardio as well as muscle workout. You really feel it!
  • Cons: Doesn't seem to work the abs as much as the infomercial says.
