Pros: The guy who said it is indistinguishable from his 1 chip ccd should look again, you can control the camera to the nth degree with iris, etc. come on! 3CCD is better than 1CCD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The camera is definitely great for low-light use. The quality of the picture is unbelievable. Combined with color correction on editing programs, your picture almost looks HD. IT is very easy to use, you don't even have to manually set anything to get a g
Cons: For high- light use it is okay and the available filters make it amazing There are no XLR ports so you must use an adapter for professional audio, which aren't expensive and provide better quality than most built in XLR ports.

"Quality Camera for Semi-Pros"
Pros: Easy to use, light, convient zoom & record buttons on handle, excellent picture despite what some people might say, auto & manual settings on everything, ability to use other lenses (i have a .65X wide angle on it right now, progressive scan optio
Cons: No XLR inputs, (depending on what you shoot this may be a bigger con to some, smaller to others, besides, the on-camera mics are better then most others i've used, but its still the on camera mic), sometimes the manual exposure button is blocked by the LC
