ELECTRONIC CASH DRAWER MODEL 5-1230 Standard Size Footprint: 16" wide x 17" long x 5¼" high Cash drawer is designed for extra heavy-duty use in harsh environments. Its extra heavy-duty Type II suspension system has hardened steel ball-bearings that are set in hardened steel slides that are installed in hardened steel channels. Cash drawer has multiple, semi-adjustable deep compartments & multiple stationary bins are molded in the bottom that are used for capturing documents inserted through the drawer front slot & for the storage of coin wraps & bill wraps that are kept for convenience. The cash drawer works directly w/ POS terminals, including specifically designed POS systems & general purpose PCs. The JAY USB Interface Module is used in between the terminal & the cash drawer to control the cash drawer release. The terminals output of 5VDC is stepped up to 12VDC by the USB Module. The current activates the drawer opening 12VDC solenoid. No external AC/DC Power Supply Adapter is required. The USB Module is
