Ideal for baking individual servings of pies, tarts, or pot pies, these two 5-1/2-inch dishes are a traditional French shape, with wide, wavy rims for crimping crust and smooth exteriors that make them welcome in contemporary kitchens. In addition to pies, the dishes other uses include baking small portions of cobbler or macaroni and cheese and serving dips, sauces, nuts, and candies.
