NFD were formed 5 years ago when Tony Pettitt, Nephilim founder member and originator of their unique bass sound, split from Carl McCoy after the protracted 'Fallen' sessions. He teamed up with vocalist and songwriter Peter 'Bob' White and sometime Nephilim drummer Simon Rippin, and recruited Chris Milden and Steve Carey for live guitar duties.
