The X3 System is composed of a universal brain module and a wired remote input switcher with display plus a vehicle specific wiring harness. The X3-FRD/P2 was specially designed to provide auxiliary input to the OEM radio while maintaining the factory CD Changer, Satellite radio, or factory Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE). The X3-FRD/P2 connects to the PIE X3 (brain module) and allows 3 auxiliary audio sources to be connected to the OEM radio.
