BMW E30 3 Series Chrome Fog Lights (no switch)
BMW E30 3 Series Chrome Fog Lights (no switch)
The reason why you should buy these Spyder Auto fog lights is that regular headlights are not safe enough for fog and rain. A headlamp light becomes "backscatter," when light is reflected back by rain/fog to the driver's eye. The backscatter also creates glare, which is defined as light much brighter than the driver's level of dark adaptation. Glare creates visual discomfort and lowers the ability to see. The poor visibility causes people to concentrate their attention directly ahead in order to see where they are going. This would be harder to see a car or pedestrian approaching from the side. Fog is very fine droplets in the air, so the amount of scattering is even larger and there is more loss of contrast and more backscatter from headlights. This is the reason that you should not use high beams in fog. Fog lights work by capitalizing on the basic principle, "angle of incidence equals angle of reflection." They are mounted low and project light directly along the road. As a result, there is little scatter back to the eye. You need these OE certified fog lights right away, do not prolong your decision and risk getting into an accident. Furthermore, we have a limited quantity on the fog lights. The current sale puts these fog light kits at high demand. Once they are sold out, restocking shipment from the manufacture can take up to three months so be sure to place your order today to reserve your set.
