The Okara Rechargeable ear hearing amplifier is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase may be replaced if problems identified during period. The product, Okara Rechargeable ear hearing amplifier is classified as personal sound amplification products (PSAPs) intended for the non-hearing impaired individuals, conforms to the Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR 1000.15 [TITLE 21 VOLUME 8 REVISED AS OF APRIL 1 2010].
