The Reckoning Room: A Collection of Short Stories
Video clip promo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNJLmcNsUbE The five stories in this adult fiction collection are also included, along with seven additional ones, in my more recent book "Willful Women". They consist of a variety of genres including adventure, corporate intrigue, Old West satire, romance and science fiction, and present an engaging combination of conflict, action, love, sex and killings. *** "About Sam" has a seemingly ordinary housewife who is secretly a Homeland Security agent. Share in her conflicts, family issues, adventures and romance. *** "Lost in Space-Time" is based on rumors, physics blogs, and NASA videos found on the internet. A crew of young astronauts solves the mystery of space travel. Using reverse engineered alien technology from Area 51, they employ tachyons and space folding to travel great distances quickly. They hope to one day control the where and the when of their destinations. *** "Six-Gun Saloon Girls" is an Old West spoof; a story of gambling, girls and guns. Share the adventures of Sarah, her sister, and the other saloon girls. Most of us had at least one teacher in our childhood that we loved to hate. Mine was called Big Bertha and, as this story is a spoof, she is briefly included here accordingly. *** "Blake Industries" is a story of corporate misdeeds and another Ponzi scheme discovered. The Feds get involved, a Learjet gets into trouble, and a romance flourishes. *** "Pirate Queen" is in a category by itself as it crosses into increased intensity due to a higher level of sex and violence, and may not be appropriate for the more sensitive reader. A young Florida woman becomes involved with some drug runners and their cigarette boat. She is subsequently kidnapped by a more experienced and vicious group of the same, bringing out her suppressed sadistic side as they all expand their misdeeds to include modern-day Caribbean piracy. She evolves into the wicked and notorious Pirate Queen.

Diary of an S&M Romance
"Diary of an S&M Romance" is the true story of a young widow reclaiming her life in a red-hot world of kinky sex. She's a feminist doing things that many feminists would consider beastly, and loving every second of it. In "Diary of an S&M Romance", Dollie Llama explores the complex connections between romantic sweetness and furious, nasty sex. Part introspective journey of discovery, part tender love story. Part manifesto of empowerment, part dirty dirty book. She met her owner on Bondage.com, and now they just can't stop touching each other in special places, and in special ways. Their relationship is one of mutual respect, intellectual stimulation, and filthy brutal lovemaking. Dollie is her owner's submissive, yielding to his every wish, no matter how depraved. In the bedroom and out, she exists only to serve him. She's Daddy's dress-up dolly use-me girl. And she loves it. Website: www.smdiary.com "Dollie Llama's angelic memoir sets her oh-so-devilish audience on fire. See you in Hell!" --Charles Gatewood, erotic photojournalist "One of the most insightful forays into the workings of the submissive mind. A must read for anybody even slightly interested in Dominance/submission and BDSM." --BaadMaster (Head writer for Bondage.com, host of the BaadMaster's Dungeon talk show on KSEXradio.com) "This loving and positive portrayal of a submissive, by a submissive, should be read by Dom/mes to give a greater understanding of those they play with...and by submissives to learn that they aren't alone and shouldn't be ashamed of their consensual lifestyle. Kudos to Dollie for such openness and courage." --Mistress Genevieve (Lifestyle/professional Dominatrix, Sex Therapist with The Dr. Susan Block Institute)

Our Inner Ape
Visit the author's Web site at www.ourinnerape.com It’s no secret that humans and apes share a host of traits, from the tribal communities we form to our irrepressible curiosity. We have a common ancestor, scientists tell us, so it’s natural that we act alike. But not all of these parallels are so appealing: the chimpanzee, for example, can be as vicious and manipulative as any human. Yet there’s more to our shared primate heritage than just our violent streak. In Our Inner Ape, Frans de Waal, one of the world’s great primatologists and a renowned expert on social behavior in apes, presents the provocative idea that our noblest qualitiesgenerosity, kindness, altruismare as much a part of our nature as are our baser instincts. After all, we share them with another primate: the lesser-known bonobo. As genetically similar to man as the chimpanzee, the bonobo has a temperament and a lifestyle vastly different from those of its genetic cousin. Where chimps are aggressive, territorial, and hierarchical, bonobos are gentle, loving, and erotic (sex for bonobos is as much about pleasure and social bonding as it is about reproduction). While the parallels between chimp brutality and human brutality are easy to see, de Waal suggests that the conciliatory bonobo is just as legitimate a model to study when we explore our primate heritage. He even connects humanity’s desire for fairness and its morality with primate behavior, offering a view of society that contrasts markedly with the caricature people have of Darwinian evolution. It’s plain that our finest qualities run deeper in our DNA than experts have previously thought. Frans de Waal has spent the last two decades studying our closest primate relations, and his observations of each species in Our Inner Ape encompass the spectrum of human behavior. This is an audacious book, an engrossing discourse that proposes thought-provoking and sometimes shocking connections among chimps, bonobos, and those most paradoxical of apes, human beings.

www.queenmotorhome.com
Long time friends Leslie and Liz are smart, talented and successful women. In their mid-fifties, the two have what many in their Baby Boomer generation have striven for: successful careers, beautiful homes, country club memberships, and financial security. In fact, they have everything mature women could want, including loving (if sometimes clueless) husbands. But lately, something seems not quite right. The two self-crowned “Queens” often talk and dream of shucking the mantles of their corporate and suburbia worlds, where people and circumstances require them to pretend to be people they aren’t. And they’ve joked for years about running away in a motor home. But they never did. Until on one ordinary day, and after some impulsive, secret preparations, and brief notes to their families, the two pack up their newly acquired motor home, and begin the long awaited adventure they’ve dreamed of for so long. The road life they adopt teems with new experiences, new friends, and many challenges. But that’s not all. For along the way, it is not just their original plans and dreams that are altered. Their very lives and relationships take on new meaning, as well. But with this experience and adventure comes yet more questions to be answered. Should they stay on the road? Will their husbands ever understand? Will they be safe? What else waits beyond that horizon? And most importantly, can they or will they ever go home again?

Sex.com: One Domain, Two Men, Twelve Years and the Brutal Battle for the Jewel in the Internet's Crown (Volume 2)
With five million page views every day, sex.com was the most valuable piece of virtual real estate on the planet during the first years of the internet. But the fact that it didn’t physically exist didn’t mean that it couldn’t be stolen. With an ingenious scam—the full details of which have never been revealed until now—lifelong con man Stephen Cohen was able to snatch the domain name and walk into a life of untold wealth and luxury. But Cohen underestimated the determination of Gary Kremen—sex.com’s original owner—to get his property back. The efforts took ten years and millions of dollars, but Kremen eventually saw Cohen finally pay for his crimes. This is the story of the extraordinary battle between two extraordinary men: a Stanford scholar with uncanny foresight, and an uneducated, genius con man with an unnatural gift for persuasion. The fight pushed each man to the edge, rewrote the laws, and shaped the history and development of the internet as we know it.
