The PT-2300 creates professional, laminated, adhesive-backed labels. What makes this model unique, is it's ability to be used as either a stand-alone labeler by using the built in keyboard and display, or as a computer labeler by attaching it to your computer. As a stand alone, it has a QWERTY keyboard and 10 character x 2 line display. It can print in 8 type sizes, 8 type styles using 4 different fonts. When attached to a computer, it can print using any TrueType fonts and import graphics, logos or pictures. The PT-2300 can print up to 13 different kinds of bar codes. This model uses TZ tapes, available in 5 sizes from 1/4" to 1", in a wide range of color combinations. Select from a variety of laminated or specialty tapes including Brother's industrial adhesive tape for textured or slippery surfaces. Along with the PT-2300 comes one 1/2" TZ black on white tape, software CD ROM, tape separator and 8 AA batteries.
