Fujitsu's new generation of storage products includes four new 2.5-inch mobile hard drives with an UDMA-66 (ATA5) interface and a spindle speed of 4, 200 RPM. These drives are available in two profiles. Standard 12.5mm-profile drives have a formatted capacity of 18.1GB. Slim profile drives have formatted capacities of 12.0GB, 9.0GB, and 6.0GB, and weigh only 98g. Fujitsu's new hard disk drives suit a full range of application requirements, from low-end to high-end notebook PCs, as well as applications that require small form factor, high shock resistance, low power consumption, and low acoustic noise.
