Use the pulse control for precise operation. A locking domed lid includes a through compartment for adding ingredients as you go and the ""reverse spiral action"" stainless steel blade pulls food down into the blade and ensures uniform chopping throughout, so you will hardly ever find yourself scraping down the bowl. The KitchenAid quality is especially evident in its construction -- a heavy base adds stability while your processor is in use and the sealed housing reduces noise. When youre done processing, simply wipe off the seamless base and put the other parts in the dishwasher for cleaning. Chopper even comes with a spatula. Available in White, Empire Red, Onyx Black and Cobalt Blue.
