This sexy polka Dotty monster costume for women comes with its own monster hood and dress. The dress is made of 100% polyester while the hood is made of blend of acrylic and polyester. The dress has a zipper located on the back for easy on and off. It has a light blue body that has various sizes of teal circles throughout. The bust-line has a purple jagged inset to add character. The skirt of the dress features four layers of fabric. The top layer is light blue tulle with silver glitter throughout. The second layer is the same light blue tulle fabric as the top. The third layer is purple tulle and has jagged edging. The final layer is dark purple polyester. The monster hood is purple faux fur and has two horns with circular details.
