Allegro Express USB adds full bandwidth USB connections for countless peripheral devices, including external drives, keyboards, mice, iPod mobile digital devices, printers, etc., and unlike an external hub, it does not share the bandwidth of an existing port. This card supports simultaneous low-, full-, and hi-speed device connections. Allegro Express USB may be installed in any PCI Express slot, and is RoHS compliant. There are no drivers to install, so installation is easy via Plug and Play connectivity. The adapter supports hot-swappable device connection, too.
