It features 1500 watts of heating power to quickly provide temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The E9451-HP12CDN proofing cabinet comes with a two-way toggle switch that allows you to quickly change between "Heat" and "Proof" modes. A conveniently removable console contains an air blower that evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet, while a stainless steel water reservoir ensures there is a constant source of humidity to keep your food at the perfect tenderness. Heat and humidity are separately adjustable via two bottom-mounted mechanical controls to allow for precise customization. This model comes with a crystal clear polycarbonate door for perfect product visibility while four 5" swivel casters with brakes enable easy movement and prevent unsightly floor marks and scratches.
