pros: QUIET. Can change air direction, Wonderful air circulation on all settings.

cons: Other than it using a halogen bulb, there are no cons.

pros: Looks great, excellent instructions, easy installation, ingenious blade-retention mechanism, reasonable price.

cons: No manual controls; if remote dies, so does fan. But then, any remote fan would!
