KitchenAid's Professional Stand Mixer lets us mix up to 156 Snickerdoodles or more than half a dozen loaves of iced raisin bread in the same time it took us to whip up one or two batches. The rest of the year we use it to make bread dough, shepherd's pie, and other items that freeze nicely.
