Osprey Sprint Series
It's great to take the kids along when you go hiking and camping, but not so great hearing them complain about packing their gear. The Osprey Sprint series, which includes the Ace, Jib, and Imp, are specially made for kids but have all the features found in adult-sized backpacks. In Backpacker's tests, these backpacks were an easy choice with "a hydration sleeve, water-bottle pockets, lashing/compression straps, an integrated raincover, rugged fabrics, and a pear-shaped packbag wide enough for a small 0°F sleeping bag."
