Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
We aren't big fans of movie musicals, but we fell in love with Tim Burton's big screen adaptation of Sweeney Todd. Johnny Depp plays the infamous Demon Barber of Fleet Street and sings his way through this creepy tale of murder and meat pies. Helena Bonham Carter is the perfect Mrs. Lovett, Todd's accomplice. Of course, the costumes, makeup, and ambience of the movie have that signature Tim Burton look and feel.
