Vitamix 5200 Variable-Speed Blender
I've been wanting a Vitamix for a long time, especially after seeing a live demonstration in my grocery store. Sure, it seems expensive, but the blender really is like having multiple appliances in one, including a food processor and juicer. It even makes ice cream and hot, creamy soups. There are different models, but the Vitamix 5200 Variable-Speed Blender is the one I have my eye on. Maybe Christmas will come early this year.
